General Terms

All services, content, and resources provided by Aligned are for educational and informational purposes only.
We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical, psychological, or legal advice.
By using this website, enrolling in a programme, or purchasing a product, you agree to these policies and acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, wellbeing, and outcomes.

Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Payments must be completed before accessing any digital products, sessions, or programme materials.
We accept debit/credit cards and other secure online payment methods.
Payment plans may be offered at our discretion and must be completed in full.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

For 1:1 Sessions

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
You may reschedule once per session without penalty, as long as notice is provided within the 24-hour window.

For Programs, Courses, or Bundles

Once a program has begun or materials have been delivered, payments are non-refundable.
If you need to request a pause or extension, reach out — we’ll do our best to support you within reasonable limits.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, coaching, and educational content, all sales are final unless stated otherwise.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, unused sessions, or partial programme participation.
If you believe an error has occurred (e.g., duplicate payment), please contact us so we can resolve it quickly.

Client Responsibility

We’re here to support you — but meaningful change is built through your consistency and aligned action.

By working with Aligned, you agree to:

take personal responsibility for your energy, choices, and progress
show up on time and communicate clearly
use the tools, guidance, and resources in a safe and intentional way
seek professional medical or mental-health support when needed

Aligned does not guarantee specific results, as every individual’s journey is unique.

Boundaries and Conduct

To maintain a respectful, safe environment for everyone:
Harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
Aligned reserves the right to discontinue services if these boundaries are violated, without refund.
Content shared within sessions or programmes must be treated confidentially unless otherwise agreed.

Intellectual Property

All content — including course materials, videos, graphics, text, and downloadable resources — is the property of Aligned unless otherwise noted.

You agree not to:

copy or reproduce materials
share programme content outside your personal use
claim Aligned content as your own

Website Use

When using this site, you agree not to:

misuse or attempt to access secure areas
share harmful or unlawful content
distribute spam, malware, or disruptive code
use the website for any purpose that violates applicable laws

We work to keep the site secure and accessible, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information responsibly.

Any information you share with us — including contact details, personal reflections, or health-related context — will be kept confidential.
Data is used only for communication, service delivery, and internal improvements.
